Sophi Hart

Exercise Scientist

B Ex & Sprts Sc

Sophi’s passion for exercise science comes from a lifetime surrounded by sport and movement. Growing up in an active family, she saw firsthand how exercise can transform the body, improve performance, and enhance quality of life. This early passion set the stage for her career in helping others move better and feel stronger.

With experience in training and programming within a commercial gym environment, Sophi brings a practical, evidence-based approach to her work. She has a keen interest in exploring gender-specific adaptations to exercise, using this knowledge to personalise programs that meet the unique needs of every client. For Sophi, the key to great results lies in collaboration—listening to her clients and empowering them to take an active role in their progress.

When she’s not in the clinic, Sophi enjoys her own training, spending time with family and friends, and walking her miniature dachshund, Ralphi.
