Jack Harland
Physiotherapist
B Physiotherapy, M Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy (current)
Jack joins the O-health team as an experienced physiotherapist with a strong passion for sports and exercise rehabilitation. Inspired by his own experiences as an injured athlete spending countless hours with his physio, Jack pursued a career dedicated to helping others achieve their goals and return to the activities they love—pain-free.
Jack graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is currently completing his Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. He has a particular interest in upper limb, hand, and sports-related injuries, with additional training in splinting and fracture management. Jack’s approach focuses on reducing pain in the early stages of treatment, then progressively building his patients’ functional and exercise capacity to meet their specific needs.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his dog. On weekends, you’ll find him playing footy and perfecting his lawn care (which he claims is better than both Sam Hargreave’s and Scott Hanley’s! ).
Areas of special interest:
