Yes, we are accredited to treat patients under Chronic Disease Management plans (CDM), TAC, Veterans Affairs, Workcover, Type II Diabetes program and can also see NDIS participants with a relevant service agreement.

When you book an appointment with us, you’ll receive an email at the time of booking, an SMS 24hrs before your appointment, and a last-minute reminder 1 hour before.
We understand life gets busy, so if you need to reschedule, call us on 02 6021 2777. Your advance notice is appreciated so we can help others in pain and on our the waiting list. We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for an appointment cancellation or reschedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time, a 50% consultation fee will be applicable.
Additionally, for no-shows without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be applicable.
If your appointment is billed through the NDIS, please see your service agreement for specific terms and conditions as we follow NDIS guidelines regarding short notice cancellations.

In order to best treat your injury, our therapists will need to record your medical history. Under the law, our therapists need to obtain your approval to treat you, so you may be asked to sign an ‘Informed Consent’ form.
It’s important that you feel comfortable, so wear a comfortable shirt and loose pants or bring a pair of shorts to change into. Depending on the area of your body requiring treatment, your therapist may ask you to undress to your underwear. If this is the case you will be offered a gown.
Yes, you can have someone present throughout your consultation and treatment.
Most treatment is gentle and should not cause undue discomfort. If your injuries do require hands-on treatment of painful and tender areas, your therapist will aim to make you as comfortable as possible.
Your initial consultation may last up to 45 minutes. This will enable your therapist to take a thorough case history, examination and depending upon your condition, treat you. Follow up treatments are usually shorter.

Timeliness is very important- it is imperative to have your injury seen to early rather than to wait for a particular therapist. We have exceptional continuity of care procedures within O-health to ensure that you get the best outcome possible for your injury. We understand some patients may have a preference to see one type of therapist so please communicate this to our staff when making your appointment.
Our practitioners are able to utilise our central computerised note taking system to access your past history PLUS we are lucky enough to have numerous practitioners working at any one time which means that another therapist may be consulted within your treatment to ensure best outcomes.
