Emily Tolan
Osteopath
B H Sc, B App Sc (Osteo), Member of OA
Emily joined the O-health team in early 2024, bringing a passion for helping people move better and live more active lives. Originally from Melbourne, Emily’s journey into Osteopathy began in high school, where her interest in health and sports sparked a fascination with the human body and its ability to heal.
While completing her studies at RMIT, Emily gained hands-on experience as a sports trainer with Fitzroy Football Club, where she developed her skills in injury management and performance enhancement. Now, she enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, with a particular focus on neck, rib, and lower back pain, as well as headaches and issues related to the foot and ankle. If she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her in the studio teaching clinical matwork Pilates (APPI trained) on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Emily aims to help patients recover quickly and maintain an active lifestyle, tailoring her treatments to meet the unique needs of each individual. Drawn to O-health’s collaborative and community-focused environment, Emily is excited to contribute to the team’s multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Outside the clinic, Emily is a dedicated foodie who loves exploring local farmers’ markets, cooking up new recipes, and creating picture-perfect cheese boards for friends and family. She also enjoys reformer Pilates, long walks, playing tennis, and cheering on her favourite footy teams.
