Jaxon Solomon

Exercise Scientist

Jaxon is an Albury local with a deep passion for human movement. His fascination with the human body and how it moves began at a young age, growing up immersed in sports and witnessing firsthand the benefits of training. What started as a personal interest soon evolved into a rewarding career dedicated to helping others move, recover, and thrive.

For Jaxon, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing the real-life impact exercise can have. Whether it’s helping someone recover from an injury, supporting an older adult to stay independent, or guiding someone back to the activities they love, he believes in a personalised and patient-first approach. His goal is to make exercise something that is enjoyable, accessible, and effective, no matter someone’s background or ability level.

Jaxon takes a holistic approach, designing individualised programs that suit each patient’s needs, lifestyle, and goals. He enjoys incorporating strength training, functional movement, and education to empower his patients beyond their sessions.

Outside of work, Jaxon stays active and prioritises both physical and mental well-being. He enjoys watching footy, spending time with family and mates, and travelling. He is excited to be part of the O-health team, helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy life to the fullest.
