Lindsay is our Exercise Physiology Team Leader and a passionate advocate for health and well-being in Northeast Victoria. A local to the region, Lindsay has dedicated his career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
Since completing his Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Ballarat in 2013, Lindsay has gained extensive experience in public and private rehabilitation settings. His expertise spans orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiac and pulmonary health, and persistent pain management. He’s especially passionate about using education and behaviour change techniques to empower his patients to take charge of their health.
Lindsay is also a strong advocate for reconditioning programs for older adults, helping them build confidence, strength, and independence through tailored exercise plans. His evidence-based approach is rooted in collaboration, ensuring every patient feels supported and motivated to achieve their goals.
When he’s not working with patients, you’ll often find Lindsay on the local mountain bike trails, exploring the outdoors, or pushing his motorbike to its limits on the racetrack.
