Strength & Conditioning
Our 12-week Strength & Conditioning Programs are delivered by our Exercise Scientists – university-qualified specialists in exercise and sports science – in the O-gym, our purpose-built strength & conditioning facility.
Each program is personalised based on your strength/movement assessment results and specific active lifestyle goals.
Type II Diabetes Program
Our Exercise Physiologists run a group exercise class for those living with Type II Diabetes.
During the classes, everyone follows their own individualised program. This means that we can cater for EVERYONE. Programs are progressed during 8 weeks as appropriate by one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
Group Classes
Our group classes offer a fun and motivating environment to help you move better, feel better and live better. We keep class numbers small to ensure your individual needs are met.
Joining a class is a great way to socialise and get moving if you’re struggling to stay accountable when exercising alone. It saves you buying equipment too. Not to mention getting exercises wrong and doing yourself damage.

We’ve crafted a unique and comprehensive rehabilitation program exclusively for sportspeople just like you. With our Sports Injury Rehab Program, you’ll have your own team of rehab experts, passionate about helping you to recover from injury while building on your whole body strength and fitness conditioning to optimise your comeback performance.
